Flat Rate shipping is determined by destination state, see tables below for rate by state. We make every effort to ship the business day following your order. Ground shipping is calculated based on region and cart subtotal at the time of purchase. We will ship your order using UPS or USPS, with the expectation that ship time is typically 2 to 5 business days once the package leaves our facility. See our note about shipping cost changes below.

Shipping to Eastern US: AL, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MS, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, VT, VA, WV.

Shipping to Western/Midwestern US: AR, AZ, CA, CO, IA, ID, LA, MN, MO, MT, NV, NM, ND, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WI, WY.

Shipping to HI and AK

Due to customs requirements and excessive last mile delivery fees by shipping companies, we cannot offer international shipping at this time.

A note about shipping policy changes

We want to share an important update regarding our shipping. As of January 2026, we have discontinued free shipping over $75 and have adopted flat rate shipping fees that depend on the customer’s order total. While we have always aimed to provide the best value, the reality is that “free shipping” is not truly free. As a small business, we are currently facing significant challenges as shipping costs continue to rise. Over the past two years, major carriers like UPS and USPS have increased rates and fuel surcharges. Additionally, the cost of shipping supplies like recycled cardboard and packing materials has also climbed. To remain transparent and keep our individual product prices as low as possible, we are transitioning to a flat-rate shipping model based on your order total. This allows us to cover increasing logistics costs while ensuring your orders are packed securely and delivered efficiently.
