Drizzle over prepared foods to add nutrition & zip

- breaded chicken or fish, hash browns

Trick out your fruits & veggies – add the oils to:
- sliced avocado, cantaloupe, mango
- fresh strawberries or raspberries
- cucumber chunks & lemon juice
- sauteed leafy greens like spinach, collards, or chard
- sauteed green beans, asparagus, broccoli or brussel sprouts
- squash, cauliflower, potato or cabbage soups
Dip in!
- use as a dipping oil for breads, naan, or crudite

Liven up dressings and marinades
